Force workers to get vax, shame on you, I cant support companies like yours. Make your product keep your politics out of it.

Made an order on 8/5/22 and rec'd no acknowledgement ... so I made another order for the same items on 8/7/22 and then got an email that both orders shipped on 8/8 ... and then got an email the orders have been delayed by over two weeks.
If you gotta have Carhart go to Dungarees.com for a decent website and better service .... the prices are better as well.

Wish I read reviews before ordering, returned items which show as delivered back on 21st July, week later and still waiting for refund, tried contacting and chat conveniently doesn't work, also can't access order information or anything!

Poor quality products, confusing sites, they move you from one site to another, asking you to login again and again. I tried to unsubscribe from their mails, but i keep getting tones of commercials...

WORST return experience EVER! Two months later and I have still not received my new product!

This is a dreadful company to buy from. Customer service is non-existent and when they fail to deliver the order they tell you delivery is outsourced and you the customer has to locate the order. NEVER AGAIN.

There are those of us who still work professional jobs and don't sell drugs on the corner so we won't shop from the Carhardt ghetto collection.I needed short sleeve very light material shirts with flap pockets and zipper security pocket and guess what I had to order them from Duluth Trading and I am getting more and more of their stuff and loving it-so go ahead Carhardt and stop listening to your customers- keep on cutting your own throat and see how that works out for you-mean while I guess people who want to look neat and professional can shop at Duluth Trading and your other competition as i am.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Had a similar experience where my order wasn't delivered. When sending an email to customer service, they just replied with saying the order was delivered. Only when reaching out to DHL myself, I learned that they hadn't shared the correct information which led to an incorrect delivery. Not sure if I am able to retrieve the package or will get a refund. The customer service so far has been really poor.

Carhartt customer service is trash and they don't seem to care. They messed up shipping for my order, and refuse to refund or send another order until the package is received back at their warehouse.
As per the law........ merchants bear the risk until the shipment is DELIVERED to the buyer. So, a refund or another order needs to be immediately sent.
This company has changed, and we will no longer be shopping here.

I wrote a review here complaining I wasn’t getting a refund for t shorts I purchased. They t’en said to send it back to them and they would give me a refund. I had to send it back to the Netherlands which costed a whopping €25. I have been waiting a month for a refund to no avail. They don’t respond to half my emails and are ignoring the fact I’ve received no refund for either the postage or the shirts! Talk about a fraud. Will be contacting my bank.
